SlowFisch 2011

100% of pure taste at 4th SlowFisch from 4 to 6 November 2011 in Halls 1 and 2 of the Bremen Exhibition Centre. Last year the fair focused on carp, arctic char, brown trout and other freshwater fish from German rivers and lakes. Besides fish and seafood visitors found all products and food that belongs to a good menu – from spices to side dishes to the right drink.

All products you will find on SlowFisch are of a high quality and fulfil the criteria of SlowFood. Therefore all exhibited products are examined by Slow Food.
